What do you get with The Foundations Athlete Training Program? You will get...
Access to 12 small group training sessions with a CrossFit Coach (or access to join group CrossFit Class if you wish). You have 12 sessions to use however you like!
The small group training sessions last 45 minutes each. They are offered Monday, Wednesday at 6:30am, 12:30pm, and 5:30pm. Friday's at 6:30am and 12:30pm.
An InBody Body Composition Scan at Maximum Performance Chiropractic.
A nutrition consultation and personalized eating plan.
Invitation to join group CrossFit classes if you wish to.

how to safely and efficiently function in group CrossFit Classes
What does The Foundations Athlete Training Program cost?
$300 per individual.
$500 per couple taking their classes together.
