CrossFit Teens

A place to get strong; a space to belong.

What is CrossFit Teens?

​The CrossFit Teens is designed for 13-17 year-old athletes and non-athletes alike. We provide age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics to deliver optimal fitness and performance. Our intention is to provide individualized supplementary training for sports and a better understanding of safe and functional fitness for life. 

CrossFit Teens Is For...

Teens who...
  • Want to be safely introduced to functional movement.
  • Want adjunct training for their primary sport.
  • Want an exercise program they can learn and excel in for a lifetime.
  • Want a PE credit for Homeschooling
  • Will benefit from kinesthetic (thinking-doing) awareness.
  • Have big amounts of energy and need to spend that energy wisely.
  • Need help staying focused or staying on task.

CrossFit Teens Coaches

 
Each class is overseen by two experienced CF-L2 trainers and programmed by Athletic Trainer Michael Nolan. We will emphasize efficient movement patterns, recovery methods, and team building. Your teens will leave our course with increased understanding and ability in the ten physical skills of flexibility, power, balance, agility, coordination, speed, accuracy, and stamina.

Jasmine Britton

I am a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and Certified CrossFit Kids coach. Our teenagers naturally want to play, work hard, accomplish goals, and work together. Getting to facilitate that is the best job in the world!

Michael Nolan

I am a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and an Athletic Trainer with Bentonville High School. I love working with and teaching young athletes about functional fitness and high intensity training. I ultimately enjoying seeing kids get excited about fitness.
