Who is it for?
The Foundations Athlete Training Program is for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of what they are truly capable of! 

It's for individuals who want to...
  • take charge of their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  • strength train safely and effectively.
  • get moving again and develop new habits.
  • reenter the gym after time away or post injury.
  • relieve anxiety and depression.
It's for couples who want to...
  • get healthy inside and out.
  • spend more time together beyond the daily grind.
  • experience each other in new ways.
  • build new habits together.

What do you get with The Foundations for Life Program?
You will get..
  • 1 Pre-program session to set goals and expectations.
  • 1 "Strong Life" session with CrossFit Trainer and Licensed Counselor, amy crumpton.
    • The "Strong Life" sessions run from 11:30am-1:00pm on Saturdays. You'll learn the STRONGER Method for physical, mental and emotional fortitude in every area of life. 
  • 6 small group training sessions with a CrossFit Trainer.
    • The small group training sessions last 45 minutes each. They are offered Monday, Wednesday at 6:30am, 12:30pm, and 5:30pm. Friday's at 6:30am and 12:30pm. 
  • 1 mid-program check-in to learn how the exercise movements transfer to other areas of life.
  • InBody Body Composition Scan at Maximum Performance Chiropractic.
  • Nutrition consultation and personalized macro eating plan.
  • 1 post-program session to assess goals and determine next steps.

What will you learn?
In The Foundations for Life Program, you will learn how to...
  • move strongly, in basic body weight movements like a air squats, planks, pull-ups, burpees, and more (which convert to everyday functions like sitting, standing, picking things up safely, putting things away overhead, getting up and down from the floor with ease, and more
  • manage dumbbells with efficiency, balance and stability 
  • safely and effectively use a barbell 
  • efficiently use cardio equipment like rowing machines and stationary bikes
  • safely and efficiently function in group CrossFit Classes
  • increase mind-body awareness 
  • use breathing techniques to strengthen you physically and emotionally.

What does The Foundations Athlete Training Program cost?
  • $500 for an individual.
  • $800 per couple taking their classes together.

  • Text amy 479-366-8005 (or email amy@crossfitreverence.com) to schedule your initial Foundations consultation.

In your Initial Consultation you will...
  • Get a personal tour of our facility.
  • Get all your questions answered in person.
  • Discuss your goals with amy, a licensed counselor and CrossFit Coach.
  • Enroll in Foundations for Life.
  • Schedule your Foundations classes.
  • Learn how to use our gym app, Wodify.​

When can you start?
  • Small group training sessions start the first and third Monday of every month. 
  • You can begin your journey any day!  Start with a group class or your nutrition consultation.
