What is Foundations Orientation? It is your introduction to all things CrossFit!
6 small group sessions designed to cover the foundational movements in the sport of CrossFit. These training sessions with a coach will equip you to move safely and effectively in group CrossFit classes.
Each session will include a warm-up and a workout that uses the movements learned in session that day.
Foundations Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday @ 5:30-6:15pm.
Sessions progress in order, 1-6. They are labeled on the schedule. You'll reserve a spot in each class you want to attend. They start every 14 days, so you'll have plenty of time to get your 6 sessions completed.
Foundations starts the first and third Monday of each month.
You'll have one make-up session if you have to miss a class.
Who is it for? Foundations Orientation is for anyone interested in doing CrossFit at CrossFit Reverence, who has not previously completed a CrossFit On-Ramp or Foundations Program.
