Personal Training

Half Hour Personal Training Session

30 minutes / customized session plan for client  $55

Full Hour Personal Training Session

60 minutes / customized session plan for client  $90

Punch Card Personal Training Sessions

 12 sessions / 45 minutes each / customized program for client $780

Meet Our Trainers

Hailey Jones

MS, CSCS, ATC

Hailey is an Arkansas native with 20 years of strength and conditioning experience, as well as 11 years of CrossFit experience. 

She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist,  a Certified Athletic Trainer, and holds a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. 

"I enjoy helping others find their desire and love of a healthy lifestyle, through fitness and nutrition. I love to see people reach the potential they never knew they had!"

Availability:
​Early morning sessions: Monday through Friday
Mid-morning sessions: Monday, Tuesday, & Friday

Billy Collins

 CFL2, USA SPC

Billy is a certified L2 CrossFit Trainer and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.

​He has additional training in CrossFit specialties such as
 Gymnastics, Striking, Defense, Scaling, and Weightlifting. Billy started CF in 2011 and has been coaching since 2012.

"I like training people because of the look on their face when they accomplish tasks they didn’t think they were capable of. I like watching their movement patterns progress and their strength and endurance increase. Human movement is an amazing thing."
