Foundations for CrossFit
This is your first step for group classes. Choose your monthly membership and go through 6 small group classes designed to help you function safely and effectively in the sport of CrossFit.
I want to learn functional fitness with a coach/trainer. (I may or may not want to join CrossFit classes.)
This 4 week program is the perfect place to begin your fitness journey or take your functional fitness and body awareness to a new level. You'll gain confidence in the gym and in life.
